Local band, Vicky and the Big Combo, have been generous enough to let me try out my photography skills over the past two weekends. As band photographer I’ve been back stage at a very posh do in Rimmington – a brand new mansion in fact – with a kitchen bigger than our house. There were security guards and bunny girls and a marquee with chandeliers. And the band were excellent!
The previous week saw the band performing at Thornton’s Big Barn Boogie – a more rustic affair, with a country and western theme.

It was a real pleasure. We currently have a view of the underside of the bath in our kitchen so I covet anything that doesn’t have hole in the ceiling!
